The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with little touches like a free minibar and nail file provided in the room. The staff's service is fantastic, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces. The location is very convenient, with the hotel being within a 5-minute walk of the tube station. Breakfast is included in the rate and offers a good variety of options.
All was alright.

The bed was comfy, as were the pillows. It was located not far from bugis street, ideal for our purposes. The hotel had helpful staff members.

There are LCD TV set and TV - that's always a plus. We liked the location and service. Don't forget to visit nearby the countryside cafe, they have best coffee ever: )
Nothing not to love.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. Its value for money is unbeatable, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the cozy rooms to the complimentary minibar. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service and making you feel at home.

New hotel located in a small lane connecting the main road in little India . The hotel staff was good and supportive. Breakfast was nice and internet was available 24 hours.
Room was very small, no place to put even one suitcase. Room design was not suitable for family. No ventilation and window.

Wireless internet assess within the hotel. Near to a food court.
The bathroom is without shower curtain therefore will wet the toilet. The corridors is quite smelly.

The hotel has a good breakfast and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. It was also located in a lively area near many restaurants.
The rooms are small and have no windows, which can make them feel cramped and stuffy. The bathroom design is odd, with the sink located outside of the actual bathroom.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. I had to have a late checkout, the hotel was very understanding about it and allowed me to store my luggage in the room until checkout time.
The room was a bit small, but it is Singapore, where space comes at a premium.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated within walking distance from both the Rochor MRT and Bugis or Little India MRT stations. It is nestled in the vibrant area known as Little India, which offers a unique cultural experience. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in the amenities provided. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room without a window, which surprisingly had a long bathtub and a chair for added convenience.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and we have no complaints.

The hotel has all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was amazingly designed and cleaned regularly, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, located near two MRT stations, making it easy to get around this city.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Love the location, the staff and the fact that breakfast, wireless internet, mini bar and cocktails each evening are all free of charge.
Nothing. This was my second stay at the Moon and I would not stay anywhere else.

The rooms were very clean, the style is nice (but does not fit well in the neighborhood), in case of problems the staff was nice and constructive. The bar is free and refilled every day. The shower is also nice.
Our first room had no window, so we changed the room. All rooms (standard and deluxe) are pretty small and there is little room for luggage or cloths.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
